You can certainly try it BUT be aware it can cause estrogen dominance.

That is the hormone I would watch when using pregnenolone.

I forgot to post my pregnenolone result ,wich is

20 10-188

I just wanted to hear your advise in my case.For estrogen dominance I have been

figthing estrogen dominance for the last year and after being on 100mg

progesterone finalyy got into the low ranges.So in this case I may end up need

more then.Do you think with tis levels is wise to take some and see how it will

go.I read there is no need for RX on it.Can you advise what supplement to look

for and what dose to try?

I honestly can;t say as I onyl took it a coupel times and that was years

ago. I got bad symptoms form it and became very E dominant so I stopped

taking it and have not looked back.
