Guest guest
>My questions are: >I guess I need to try and raise the dose, but should I raise both the 7am and 7pm or try just the morning dose first, or does that make it too uneven, and if I do raise the 7am dose and have a bad reaction should I then not take the 7pm dose, then what do I just go back to the 2.5mcg dose a bit longer? If you are sensitive to it then raise just one dose or even start taking 3 doses a day 8 hours apart at that dose level. That would increase your levels consistently through the day if the SR is working properly > >If I am unable to tolerate T3 I read that there is another way to clear RT3, can someone? Nick? advise how this is done. Part of why you feel ill will be the reason you can't tolerate T3 so identify that and you are on the path to feeling better. The most common are Ferritin, Cortisol, Aldosterone, B12, electrolytes generally, and D3. Guest guest
I was sort of thinking 8 hourly, the compounding chemist said that he couldn't guarantee that it would last for 12 hrs, so I guess it's not. I will try that starting tomorrow morning, if that works O.K how would I raise from there? My doc although quite good doesn't seem to think I'm bad enough to need HC, my cortisol levels are a bit skewed, Low Am, normal to high Afternoon/Night,so I'm taking Withania and Rhodiola to try and help balance that, and read that the Rhodiola is also good for heart fuction. I have a phone consult with the Doc next week so will discuss the cortisol again. I also have going through my mind the possibility of a problem higher up, more to do with either the Pituitary or Hypothalamus, could that also cause an intolerance to the T3? Ferritin is High range,[neg-CRP] Iron mid-range,[should I still supp?], taking High Potency B12 [Metagenics] Aldosterone not tested -YET, supping Magnesium/Potassium but not mega doses, D3 Liquid 3 drops daily = 999.9 IU Himalayan Salt on food,[can't stomach it in water] but may change to the Celtic after neg reports on Himalayan, Vit C, with Bio's B5/B6, Metagenics Crotico 1 x daily Vit E, 500iu DHEA, read about it lowering cortisol good or bad in my case? Any suggestions here? Still would like to know the OTHER way of clearing RT3?? Thanks for your advice.
