Should I Take T3 Before Bed?

When I started on T3 just over 2 weeks ago, I was sleeping okay, not great, but

okay. Initially my morning temps were increasing and my muscle/joint pain was

improving.

Now my morning temps are among the lowest ever, my muscle/joint pains are

becoming worse than before and I sleep horribly.

Can not taking a dose of T3 after about 5 pm cause these problems and will

taking T3 right before bed help this situation? Will T3 before bedtime help me

sleep better?
