Guest guest
About two months ago I tried T3 from a local pharmacy and it made me hot, sweaty and made mt heart ache a bit. It believe it was because I have low cortisol and low ferritin. After a few days I stopped the T3. Right now I am taking only T4 and next week will start cortisol. The thing is that since that try I had with the T3, my heart still feels not right. I had AAG and no damage was done to the heart but I don't understand why I still feel this uncomfortable feeling there. Maybe sea salt can improve this feeling? Here are my sodium and pottasium results:sodium 140 (135-150)pottasium 4.6 (3.5-5.5) Maybe it is just difficult for the heart to function for two years under low t3 and low cortisol conditions and that is why I feel it aches a little? So, maybe if I will fix adrenal and thyroid function it will stop? Has anyone of you experienced this feelig?
Guest guest
Your sodium is oto low and potassium bumping on too high so some unrefined sea salt would be a good thing to add start with 1/4 tsp twice a day in water and go up to 1/2 tsp twice a day after a week. You can also put a pinch or this salt in all the water you drink for the day to help bring that up. Ordicarily 1450 id not a horribly lwo sodium but wiht your potassium this high the sodium should help balance it and that electrolyte imbalance can make your heart feel weird. -- http://nthadrenalsweb.org/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/
