interpitation of lab results

I am suppose to start treating my adrenals soon. In the meantime, would like you to have a look at those crazy lab results:TSH 0.21 (0.4-4)T3 FREE 1.5 (1.8-4.2)T4 FREE 1.8 (0.4-1.8)RT3 28 (9-35)How could it be that my TSH is so low showing hyper but my t3 is so low, showing I am hypo? that is crazy!Could it be tht the suppresed TSH is reflecting the high t4 and not the low t3?Well. it seems like my t4 med is turning in my body to rt3 and not to t3, right?
