Guest guest
da, congrats on your weight loss, I think you have done a fabulous job. I don't know if I would tell my distance family or not. I might if they would not criticize me everytime I put something on my plate. Any way, keep up the good work we all are very proud of you. =) Ral, NC
Guest guest
da, My vote is to tell. What have you got to lose? My family has been so supportive and happy for me. They were all really worried about me and now they feel so much better about my health status. Hiding the truth is a choice and you may choose to do that but I think honesty is the best policy. Tell them your physician recommended this procedure and you took his medical advice. I mean, that's pretty much how we all got here. We all had to have physician support and prove to our insurance agency that it was medically necessary. Just approach it from a clinical standpoint if that makes it any easier. Good to hear you are doing well. Cheryl
Guest guest
Hi da, My suggestion is, tell them that you have decided, to change your lifestyle of eating. You have decided to eat to live and no longer live to eat. I hope this helps.
