Guest guest
Val, sorry to bump this. I now realize that this type of post is better for the adrenal group, but I didn't want to restart the whole thread. In the future I will try to do my posts there. An update, temps are going back up and today maybe to the extreme. I just had 99.2 at 3pm. I have tried to hold the T3 at 35 because I was so cold, down from the 37.5 when I had the temps plummet 2 dyas ago after stopping the Betaine. I have resumed the Betaine and the HC dosed as I wrote below although I did a stress dose at 9 am for symptoms...I dont know how to describe but to me it is the feeling you get when someone runs fingernails down a chalkboard...you just want to cringe feeling. Today for about an hour I felt anxiety for the first time about the time this temp was so high. I also felt a lump in my throat when swallowing. That and the anxiety are gone for now and I feel ok, HR 74 and temp is 98.7. Do you think that this is a low cortisol thing. If so, how would you recommend I adjust my dosing from below? It will be a week before I know my ferritin and this week is going to be brutal for me. If you think that it is possibly too much cortisol or just need to decrease T3 more please let me know. My temps had been pretty stable but obviously not for the last 3 days. Perhaps they will become more stable after a few more days but that anxiety today surprised me because I haven't felt that in so long.
