Guest guest
Thanks Val. To be sure I understand.. I was poorly absorbing the HC and so the T3 pooled and my temps plummeted. Now with the HC being better absorbed the T3 rush raised the temps even higher and pushed the cortisol too low again. So just keep the same and see what happens the next few days. Do you think that the " fingernails on the chalkboard making me cringe feeling " is adrenal stress? That is what I can get a few times a day and I have been just pushing through it but started wondering if it wasn't stress on my adrenals indicating that i should be on more and that maybe I should go ahead and increase. Maybe you will say that this could all be ferritin and I should wait until I get the lab, but do you think I should stress dose when I feel that even if I don't do a daily increase? I pray that I don't have any more anxiety or trouble sleeping. I haven't had that anxiety in a few years and it gives me a hopeless feeling because it took me back to when I could hardly function. > > I don't think the high temps are from lwo cortils but rather from the > rush of thyroid that had pooled gettign to the cells too fast and > ppossibly THAT lowering your cortiosl.
