Thankyou for this info... I have found a supplier of this elemental iron in the

UK but I am struggling to work out the doseage as it is a 18mg capsule so does

that mean I have to take lots of these to reach the 150-200 you have suggested

below?

iron bisglycinate is very often taken by folks on this group, it seems to better

tolerated than others.

Nick might know more about the iron(s) available in UK than I do, as he is in

the UK as well. I take Hema-Plex, which has 85 mg elemental iron, so I only

have to take 2 pills a day; but I don't know if these can be shipped to the UK
