13th week. New labs. Suggestions?

I have ended my 13th week on T3 only and am on 75-100mcg spread out through out

the day. I still have some brain fog/cognitive/libido issues. Any suggestions

is greatly apprecitated.

I had these labs done last Monday.

Reverse T3 <17 Range 90-350 pg/mL

Free T3 4.8 Range 2.0-4.4 pg/mL

TSH 0.009 Range 0.450-4.500 uIU/mL

Free T4 <0.03 Range 0.82-1.77 ng/dl

LH 3.0 Range 1.7-8.6 mIU/mL

FSH 5.6 Range 1.5-12.4 mIU/mL

Testosterone 574 Range 280-800 ng/dL

(Serum)

Estradiol 7 Range 3-70 pg/mL

Have you done a total iron panel? Your very supressed TSH is telling us

somehting wiht utilizing the T3 is wrong. Your estrogne can be part of

this as it si too low.

Hi Val,

I did have a Ferritin serum test back in January.

Ferritin 272 Range 22-322 ng/mL

I did not fast so the test might be skewed.

What kind of Iron panel are you suggesting?

Yes fasting before these tests and no high irton foods even for 5 days

before to get really qcurate results.
