More magnesium was going to be my suggestion too. Too much, too soon, will give

you

loose stools. And, it has to be taken away from the antibiotics.

Another way to get more Mg in your body is to soak in epsom salts. You can sit

with your

feet in a warm bath of epsom salts or put them in your tub water.

Very relaxing.
