I cannot find the thread, but recently someone said that kombucha promotes

yeast in the body- someone with a daughter on an anti yeast diet. My

question is, will your daughter ever be able to drink alcohol? I wonder

sometimes if I will be unable to drink at all for the rest of my life.

Re Kombucha..I was drinking a half bottle of Kombucha, The Wonder Drink..in

Asian Pear Ginger...daily for months...and my triglycerides went from wildly

high to normal....my DRs were amazed...but because it is a tea...albeit,

fermented...it has polyphenols in it..and my one gyn questioned if that was good

for me...since I am having some ovarian issues right now...she said polyphenols

stimulate estrogen...which, at my age, I don't want...sooooo, I quit drinking

it...but do love it...will wait until all this is decided before going back to

it..but while on it...I never had any issues with yeast...and since polyphenols

in tea are supposed to be antioxidant and good for you....I guess I have to stay

away from all tea????? In order to NOT stimulate estrogen production...UGHHH
