It's not " normal "

What's happening to your pulse, has anything happened to temperature.

More HC wears off in 4 hours or so, you can try a stress dose and see

if that helps

More T3 will wear off in 12 or so, less if you drop the following dose

to compensate.

Change one thing at a time and try increasing or decreasing one at a

time

Temperature is 37.0 c!!! I do not have brain fog! I sm not shaking! I had more energy today than yesterday!Pulse at 11 pm: 72My "only" boo now is the pain in my heart which is constant.I Think the new hc is more potent. Bp now: 136/77 pulse: 67After lying down for 1 minute in bed.The pain in the heart remains.I am thinking:Either its rt3 blocking OR just low ft3 due to wrong ratio removal of t3 and adding erfa thyroid. Oh, and in another article I read that being very hypo long time can cause fluid

retention around the heart, which I guess can make it feel strange.

I hope after I will stop being hypo, that will fix itself.

you know from your labs that things are getting a little towards hypo,

you know from the calculations on the dose changes that your dose has

been reduced

you have ended up with some high cortisol symptoms, the reduced

circulating T3 levels need less of it leaving you with spare as it

were

You know you are not hyper, pulse is low and temperature not high

Your pulse is under 80, with your level of fitness I would expect it

to need to be 85 to 90 for you to be fully medicated.

Put those together and it sounds like edging up a little on the T3

while leaving the Erfa where it is might be worth a try
