Since it shouldn't interfere with me raising Cynomel anymore, I'm going to try

going up on it again. My temps still aren't where they should be. Wish me luck

with that!

Not at all, thankfully. I think all the Vitamin C I took helped make sure things

kept " moving, " plus my chiropractor has helped in that area as well. But perhaps

I have a strong stomach...iron has never bothered it.

wow, that's great. would love to know about ferritin level as that's my struggle. i've been wanting to try to energizing iron liver extract....but doesn't it contain soybean oil? i thought we are supposed to avoid that (?)
