I have found an oil from squid that is " burpless " , meaning you don't get that

fishy aftertaste, and it contains Omega Q, B vitamins, and other supplements

which are great for increasing energy levels.

The ingredient list simply states " fish oil " but if you read about it, you'll

see that it is from squid. I Have been taking two capsules a day for about 6

months. I feel it has really helped both with joint pain and energy level.
