Guest guest
I know this is a silly question but I read somewhere (I cannot find where now) that you must have removed your sculptured nails prior to surgery. This certainly in no way will affectmy decision to have this surgery, but if it is to happen for me in January, then I need to know how to plan for it. I had the psych exam today and all went really well. It wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be. $87.50 for 1 hour. He did ask one question today which made me think. It was " How do you think this surgery will help you change your eating habits and lifestyle. What about it will bring about the results you want. " I responded by saying that I look at the surgery as a permanent tool I have not had before. Although I may want to overeat or eat the wrong things I will no longer have the capacity to do so. He seemed to accept it. They will send the results to Dr. Rutledge today. That leaves only a few minor details to finish up and my page 6 will be finished. I know I have read that your cravings change after this surgery, but after all these years of suffering through sugar/fat cravings I just cannot understand how this happens. I sure hope it is true because it will be a first for me. Please respong to my ?? Sue L.
