trouble starting T3...help!

Hi-

I started on 6.25 mg T3 (cynomel) and did well. after 3 days i went up to 12.5.

since then (5 days) i have had extreme air hunger (hard to even walk sometimes).

my temps are pretty stable. i am not sure why this is or what to do about it?

does this mean i am not ready for T3? do i back off the dosage? wait a bit

longer where i am and try to go up?
