Fluid retention in your face is caused by HIGH cortiosl or high sodium

but as oyu are nto taking much salt I htink it safe to think it is high

coritosl Salt low or high does nto make you tiered, hypo does .

If you feel hypo then check temperature and pulse, see if they have

dropped.

It may be you are hypo, how much Erfa are you on now??

I seem to recall he reduced your dose in the swap.

Generally for a constant equivalent dose a grain of Erfa should be

roughly equivalent to 10mch of T3 immediately and 25 after a week or 2

by the time T4 builds and converts.

If the grain seems less than equivalent to 25 then you may be

building up RT3.
