Guest guest
I believe one always cleanse the colon first so the toxins have a good, clear avenue out of the body. Otherwise they can back up into your blood stream and you don't want them their. ruthie wrote: > one question - do you have to do the 6 week > kidney cleanse first? > > ruthie > > --- dusan@... wrote: > > > > > > > > Tonight will be my 13th flush. Guest guest
I just completed my 5th and slept horrible last night(usually I sleep OK-not great during a cleanse) but I did pass a lot!!! of stones. i don't know if that helps. Luther King, Jr. liver cleanse question My mom and I had our first experience with liver cleansing this weekend. We followed the program in Dr. 's book completely. We both had trouble sleeping throughout the night though. We did get the diarrhea, but passed absolutely no stones. Could this be because we did not sleep soundly the entire night or that maybe we don't have stones? Even though we did not pass stones, did our liver still benefit from the cleanse in another way? At this point, we are a bit confused and not sure if we want to go through another liver cleanse if we did not get the desired results. Thanks for your comments!! Guest guest
If you didn't complete the parasite cleanse before the liver cleanse, Dr. says that you are less likely to get stones out. I did four and got around 500 each time. The fifth one, which was probably a year or two after the fourth only got out a couple hundred. -- liver cleanse question My mom and I had our first experience with liver cleansing this weekend. Guest guest
I didn't pass a hard stone until my fifth cleanse. Regardless, Dr. suggests cleansing the kidneys and liver at least twice a year. I never sleep well during them and have still gotten stones out. Your stones may need to roll forward in the bile ducts before being expelled. It may take a while. Guest guest
Hello Jean; I'll add my two cents... Once, I used the extra light, which IS easier to take....it's happened twice, it came up. I was worried that no stones would pass. To my surprise, I had lots of stones, sand, pebbles...It is recommended to do the extra virgin, which is so hard for me to get down, but stays down...maybe you didn't have them built up like I did. After doing it over and over, I usually don't get but 10 or less now, with regular or extra virgin. I really need to do this again. Did you do the paracleanse before you did the liver? I'm curious. jean g <jeanmary5@...> wrote: i've just completed my liver cleanse. i was dreading it, but it really wasn't bad at all. i didn't feel ill during it, and now it is over. i didn't have alot of stones. maybe less than 10. lots of 'chaff', i think. i used extra light olive oil, and am wondering if that would have had an effect on reducing the amount of stones that were cleared. if that was so, i could mix a little 'extra virgin' in with the extra light to beef it up. would love to hear from someone about that. thanks, Jean __________________________________________________________ Moody friends. Guest guest
I wouldnt dilute or mix the olive oils at all. After going through all that, it is worth the little extra cost to get the best extra virgin olive oil. the " light " is refined and is also more acidic. Just read that on the South Beach diet newsletter this morning. jean g <jeanmary5@...> wrote: i've just completed my liver cleanse. i was dreading it, but it really wasn't bad at all. i didn't feel ill during it, and now it is over. i didn't have alot of stones. maybe less than 10. lots of 'chaff', i think. i used extra light olive oil, and am wondering if that would have had an effect on reducing the amount of stones that were cleared. if that was so, i could mix a little 'extra virgin' in with the extra light to beef it up. would love to hear from someone about that. thanks, Jean ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____ Moody friends. Guest guest
i had organic extra virgin oil in the house, but Dr. said don't use extra virgin because it's hard to get down. so i shopped around to get some other stuff. have you used extra virgin? j. --- <xander95608@...> wrote: > I wouldnt dilute or mix the olive oils at all. Guest guest
I've only used Xtra virgin OO but also drank alot of apple juice the week before I did a cleanse. The apple juice is supposed to soften the stones up and allow them to pass easier. Maybe you just don't have many stones? Guest guest
Does anyone know if you can do the gallbladder/liver cleanse when you drink the epsom salts water and apple juice if you've had your gallbladder out? A friend of mine wants to do it, she's had her gallbladder out and I don't know if this will cause more stress on the liver in detoxing since there is no gallbladder. Thanks, Roni
