you can double the folic acid if you need to, also Liveraid by liverite works

very well-dont have to take the full dosage, either.......

Hi, did it make you lose a lot of hair also? I think I could stand the

what dose are you on? I think it was 10mg a week and i took 2 liveraids, as long

as i did, my liver enzymes were good. i had run out one time, and the blood

tests showed that it did make a difference.

You are welcome. BUT I MUST ADD AN IMPORTANT CORRECTION: one should take 1

MILLIGRAM of Folic Acid -- NOT 1 GRAM ( big difference). Sorry for the goof.
