SLOW heartbeat - what might be causing this?

For the last two days my heartbeat has been REALLY slow for me -- 60 beats per

minute or less. I can feel my pulse pounding. Last night I could feel it

skipping a beat here and there.

My normal pulse is 90 - 100 bpm.

What might be causing this? Is it dangerous?

Hypothyroid causes the pounding heart and can be slow heartbeat. Also adrenals can be slow heartbeat.
