Just a little clarification: I will reduce cortisol a bit, but aren't the

thyroid labs still a bit on the high side? Should I reduce T3 a little too (I am

taking 50 mg)?

TSH: less than 0.005 uU/ml (0.5-5)

Total T4: 6.60 ug/dl (4.5-12)

Free T4: 0.24 ng/dl (0.8-2.2)

Total T3: 3.84 ng/ml (0.8-1.8)

Free T3 : 7.05 pg/ml (1.8-4.2)

Should I reduce 12.5 mg of T3 or just 6.25?

Reducing from 75 to 50 mg of cynomel has brough Free T3 from 10.37 to

7.05 pg/ml (range: 1.8-4.2).
