Hi Gang,

I am relatively new to this process, and made myself a checklist to keep up

with all the loose ends that is based upon the " How To " section of Dr. R.'s

patient manual. I am attaching a copy in a word file for those of you who

want to use it. (Sorry, I can't figure out how to just copy it into this

e-mail.) It comes with no guarantees or promises, it is just my attempt to

keep all this straight. Maybe some of you post-ops could take a look and

see

if something is missing.

You will notice that I say, " verify with Debbie that she has received such

and such " . Let's PLEASE not start calling her more than necessary she is

VERY busy. I was just thinking that when you go to your second clinic, or

at

some point, you may want to check to see if everything you have requested

has

made it to your file so you don't get any surprises at the end.
