Guest guest
Adrenal fatigue can present in all sorts of ways. It depends on the severity. For me I am near adrenal failure so my saliva results were pretty much flatlined... low all day and low DHEA. Have you read the Stop the thyroid maddness site about adrenal fatigue? http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/?s=adrenal+fatigue I also like Dr. Lam's site for explaining adrenal fatigue http://www.drlam.com/conditioncareguide/adrenalhealth.asp?tab=1 & condition=adrenalhealth Some people with early stage adrenal fatigue go on HC to help rest the adrenals and rest the HPA axis. There are many uses. Did you have saliva testing done? If so can you share the results with ranges? kitty To: RT3_T3 Sent: Wed, April 21, 2010 9:55:09 PMSubject: Re: Re: Cortisol/Medrol - WOW - now sliding backwardsquickly. Help please! Guest guest
Kitty, I saw the flatlined stage on adrenal fatigue. How frightening! Do you feel exhausted all of the time? How would I know what stage of AF I'm in? My saliva results were as follows: Morning - 4.5 (range 3.7 - 9.5) Noon - 1.3 (range 1.2 - 3.0) Evening - 0.6 (range 0.6 - 1.9) Night - 0.1 (range 0.4 - 1.0) Thanks again, >>> From: carolyn Hunter <hunter10039@ infostations. com>> Subject: Re: Re: Cortisol/Medrol - WOW - now sliding backwards> quickly. Guest guest
I was actually diagnosed with Narcolepsy, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Narcolepsy and crashed my car into someone! I feel much better on the HC, don't need Ritalin anymore but still constantly tired. I am still very hypothyroid though so that is a challenge. Here is a page on the stages of adrenal fatigue http://www.chronicfatigue.org/ASI%20Normal.html You look generally low like me. How do you feel?
