Strengths of T3/going on my own

I have the resource list and I recently read somewhere that Val had posted the different strengths of different types of cytomel, which manufacturers, etc. Now I can't find it to save my life, anyone here know what message I'm talking about that she posted? I saw a nurse practitioner today that I had hoped would prescribe T3 to me but that was a bust. She says I don't have an rt3 issue or wilsons syndrome because my free t3 is 4.00 free t4 is .96 and rt3 is 269. She briefly glanced at my temps that run between 94 - 97 and said it was adrenal in nature but only suggested adding Ashwaghanda to my 25 mg. prescribed HC.My city is quiet progressive but I can't find anyone here that looks at temps and symptoms, I've been on NT for over a year now and it works great for a while but eventually symptoms creep back in again and I have to raise the NT. I don't know if this is a true conversion issue with T4 but I do know I'm hypo and my temps stay low. I'm going to have to go rogue and on my own, no other choice left IMO because nobody is knowledgeable enough to even prescribe a therapeutic trial dose of T3 to even see if it'll work and nobody has a reasonable answer why they won't.
