Sick....with fever, not sure what to do

OMG...I feel horrible. I started not feeling great on Friday and have gone down

hill since. I took my temp at 3:30 today cuz I was feeling off, it was

98.1...took it at 4:00 it was 98.6...just took it again at 4:38 and it's 100.

I'm achy, with chills, and horrible headache.

I'm assuming this rise in temp is a virus and not a reaction to the T3. I'm

currently on 5 mcg 3 x a day and have been unable to increase due to adrenal

problems. Should I stay at the 5 mcg 3 x a day?

I'm currently on T3 only, but doing nothing yet to support adrenals. Val

suggested Isocort on a 3-3-2-1 schedule, but I don't have any and I'm not sure

when it will arrive. I ordered it on Saturday.

Can I use some HC cream instead and if so how much should I use?

Thank you so much for your time. I can't believe how bad I feel. Pray this is

not the flu...I don't think I can handle that.
