Guest guest
Benicar works well for some, (it did originally for me) however, the MP is derived by TM who is not a medical DR, just a sufferer who was traditionally using conventional treatments such as steroids etc. By chance he noticed his symptoms improved with his new blood pressure medication and then started to experiment to find out why. He combined this with an antibiotic protocol similar to that of this group (low dose abx) mainly I suspect because many people suffer a nasty reaction to Minocin when it is combined with Benicar. TM made many early enemies among early devotees of his MP, who considered him to be intolerant to suggestion and IMO suffering delusions of grander. The debate sparked mainly over two controversial points. His insistence that complete light avoidance was necessary, assuming the cause of the inflammation was an over dose of vitamin D, and secondly the one size fits all low does antibiotic protocol. Many people disagreed that firstly vitamin D overdose (existed) and or was the cause of the immune systems inability to react to pathogens. It was also argued by some that vitamin D was an immune booster for many people. But most importantly the low dose abx approach was extremely controversial given he was espousing this protocol for diseases unspecified where in many cases taking the wrong approach of treatment (i.e. a low dose of abx when a large dose is required or the wrong one(s)) is likely to create resistance and unforeseen complications. Some people (many in fact) had an adverse reaction to the combinations of medications he was advocating. One lady had a heart attack and many more suffered very serious problems ( I was one ) who suffered what seemed like adrenal crises (though this was medically ruled out later but still instigated a bout of very serious nasty reactions). TM would always dismiss those people and reports claiming they had not followed his protocol as suggested and banished them from his cult. However I still know people who to this day do use Benicar with good effect in various doses with success. They are also people who at the same time are using large doses of antibiotics (not low doses as advocated here and by the MP) and generally who do not use Minocin either alone or at all. PS. For those suffering many symptoms with their eyes and ReA, they might consider having them swabbed for signs and traces of Chlamydia before they get a serious complication like uveitis which could be rather better managed with Cipro eye drops and can be tested by any good opthamologist. http://cat.inist.fr/?aModele=afficheN & cpsidt=14458161 On 25 Nov 2008, at 15:56, sschitownhustler@... wrote: > Hi dolores I've been reading your blog this morning an I see you > mentioned the marshel protocall I've been studying this protocall > for weeks an feel that the infectious theory finally makes so much > sense now. but I read that u r takeing doxy In the mp they state > they DO NOT use doxy.
