My NP appointment

Well I went to see the Nurse Practitioner yesterday and when I got to the office the receptionist told me it was the wrong day. It was supposed to be Wednesday, not Tuesday. So I figured if things are already going wrong I'd better verify the office had received a referral from my PCP, they hadn't. I ran over to my PCP's office and talked to the referral lady and she said she was having computer issues with this Nurse Practitioners name, something about my insurance would only take referrals if a doctor was on the list so I assured her that this NP was contracted with my insurance and she came up with a name of the doctor for the NP. I had her print it out because the name wasn't the same doc as the one the NP worked with at the office I just left. I went back to the NP's office and showed them the print out and apparently the name given was of a doc the NP used to work with but that doc moved to Florida. I had their office call my PCP referral lady so at least everybody was on the same page finally, the referral person said she'd get it figured out and hopefully I'd hear something soon. So long story short, I have to wait for a referral now but I filled out all the paperwork for the NP and gave her copies of my blood/saliva tests so when I get it I'm ready to go and she'll have had time to have gone through my tests. So I guess I'll keep taking the 3 1/2 gr. compounded thyroid until I hear something, I'm so fatigued with brain fog I'm having a hard time getting through the day though. It sucks to raise meds and feel good for a while only to have symptoms come back again. Kem in Eugene <º)))><
