Guest guest
Hi El, I don't even dare go down the path of eating for your blood type, lest i find out i can' eat another food LOL. This guy that I saw said veges and fruit are bad since they are ususally picked unripe and still have certain chemicals in them that interfere with your chemistry and cause a chain reaction - the chemicals subside as the fruit/vege ripens and then they are ok. The trick is to buy organic or freshly picked produce. It's got to be in season. If yeast is a problem, then i don't think any fruit is ok because of the sugar content ? I don't know... maybe someone can tell me that. Esp since you can't have sugar while on the AP. LOL, i thought i was the only one who thought shooting myself was one of the options for getting the diet right... but that would be too easy and we are fighters !! anyway, there's always hope, and I'm waiting on Lynne for some of her yummy recipes All the best, Leonie Re: rheumatic Vit.
