Candida, iron and lactoferrin

Hi everyone,

I'm struggeling with rt3, adrenal, and iron defficiency.

I'm currentily addressing the iron first but my candida flares up when I take a

pill or Floradix. I read in the archive that lactoferrin may be a solution.

For those with the same problem, did you use lactoferrin and take iron at the

same time? How many tabs?
