Guest guest
> >> One additional question - my heart is pounding in the middle of the night (usually around 3AMish) and it wakes me up. Could this be because I'm taking cortisone (or something like cortisone - see below) only in the AM? Would this stop if I took the cortisone spread through the day? >> Adrenal support is best spread through the day in a decreasing pattern. You might want to join the adrenal group http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ as Val has several fellow mods there with a lot more adrenal experience than I have. The pounding heart in the night thing sounds adrenal, cortisol levels drop too low and adrenaline pumps instead. Better timed adrenal support may well cure that issue Nick -- for more information on RT3 and Thyroid Resistance go to www.thyroid-rt3.com
