Lots of skipped heartbeats today!

WHY? Is it becase I am sick today with tonsil/throat infection? I am on Apocillion for that.I've taken 10 mg extra HC today: 5, then 2.5 then 2.5Is that enough? Maybe not? What if I take too much HC? I know, rather too much than too little. But if I need to stress dose past 3 days, then I can't just go down to 35 mg again, if I am at let's say 50 or 60 mg daily while being sick. . . . .Are the skipped heartbeats a sign of LOW CORTISOL, and if so, WHY?I am worried about my heart... :-( I has skipped maybe 10 times today! Or more!
