Guest guest
Just so I can look forward to a light at the end of the tunnel: optimal doses of t3 help a person fall asleep? It has been many months of difficulty falling asleep. I take hc: 10, 10, 7.5, 7.5, 5, 5 and I take t3: 17.5, 20, 20, 17,5 (I aim for a hundred and something mcg of t3 to replace my thyroid, but am increasing slowly) Yesterday and the day before I tried taking 10, 7.5, 7.5, 7.5, 5, 5, 2.5 What ends up happening is that I lie in bed unable to sleep so I take additional hc so as to calm down the adrenaline that kicks in when I stretch my waking hours. Wish there was a way to fall asleep in a timely manner! Will optimal t3 eventually cure this insomnia? I'm so frustrated; thanks for allowing me to seek answers here.
