Tooth infection causing my joint pain

I just made an exciting discovery that I wanted to share. In December I was

having joint and muscle pain. My Rheumatoid Factor was 409 (<20 is what docs

want to see). In July I had an anti CCP test which was also " sky high. " Just 2

weeks ago I had a dental check up. the Panoramic x-ray showed an abscess in my

jaw bone. After a week on antibiotics...ALL my joint pain is gone! I am so

excited. I have an appointment with the endodontist in two days. May need a root

canal...But the relief I have had is fantastic.

I still find I need to avoid food triggers (wheat and dairy). And I started

minocycline again today. I had taken one about two weeks ago and experienced the

herx reaction and needed to wait for a stretch of time where I could be " down "

for a spell. My GP (general practitioner) was very willing to prescribe

minocycline without testing me for mycoplasma. She said it is safe. I feel very

fortunate to avoid the expense and the wait of getting lab tests before starting

AP.

Is pulsing (taking 50mg every other day) best or should I just jump in and take

it daily?

I also have found a product by Metagenics, Ultra Clear, to help. It is a

low-allergenic, cleansing protein powder that helps my body to deal with all the

other allergens from the mycoplasma and food.

I'll update after I deal with the abscess in my jawbone.
