Hi Nick,Below is my labs from last month. I had a saliva test done several months ago which showed low cortisol in the morning, normal at noon, and the afternoon and evening high. I have been suffering from anxiety every single day for 6 years now.My primary dr seems to think that my anxiety will never go away, and says I would usually have to stay on anti anxiety meds, or antidepressants. I have been on xanax and ativan for 6 years, but haven't beeb on any antidepressants for a year. My temps average around 95.6-97.4. I have generally a thin woman, and have gained 25lbs in a year which I am having a hard time losing. My hands and feet are cold, no energy,no motivation, blurry vision, dizziness and lightheadness, breathless, feels I can't get enough air, and thinking that is the anxiety. Bouts of rapid heart beats, skipped heartbeats.....ok, I can go on, but you get the pic.The DR (GYN) put me on cordef in the AM only and couldn't sleep so I stopped it. Made me nervous feeling, but could of been anxiety too. She put me on adrenal calm creme, seriphos, adaptocrine for adrenal support. Its been 3 months and I still dont feel any different. I retested the saliva test yesterday, and sending in off in the mail today. My GYN is great, but not to knowledable when it comes to thyroid. She put me on naturethyroid 1/2 grain in morning, but haven't took it yet. Questions I have, what do you think is causing all this health anxiety, nervousness feeling that won't go away? where do I get started, as I don't know where to begin? I hear alot about going on t-3 only, but not sure if my dr will prescribe that? How do you support adrenals for high or low cortisol? I have an appt with an endo the end of the month, but am kind of discouraged, cause many on the group say they are not good. So if I am not going to be treated right, what on earth do I do to feel better?? Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. What do you make out of my labs? I had recent blood drawn last week and just did another cortisol test just waiting for results. Will let you now when they come in. This blood work done the end of march. and cortisol was done Jan 6.Thanks so much for you time!
