It has been a bit more than two weeks now since I started supplementing with

1200 of potassium and a bit less than half teaspoon salt with water two times a

day. The salt I am taking is called " Maldon salt " . The potassium is slow release

and I am taking to caps of 600 each.

These were my lab results before starting supplementation:

> Sodium: 138.0 mEq/L (135-145)

> Potassium 3.96 mEq/L (3.5-5)

And this are the labs after two weeks of supplementation:

Sodium: 143.0 mEq/L (135-145)

Potassium 4.27 mEq/L (3.5-5)

How does this look?

Shold I introduce modifications in the dosing?

When should I test again to be safe?

Thanks a lot,
