I know it's very much later than this discussion, but I had to comment. This

was the route we took--we tried the past. but non-homog. milk to see if it

would make a difference. Tasted a little better, perhaps... but still gave

the 5yo a stomach ache if she drank more than half a cup. Now that we have

found a source of raw milk, she can drink all she wants without getting sick.

One week when we couldn't get raw milk, I went back and got a little of the

organic, non-homogenized milk from the health food store. It still made her

sick. I didn't believe how much difference pasteurization makes until I saw

her reaction. And now store-bought milk tastes like powdered milk to me.
