Guest guest
I would say you need to stop exercisoing for a while and allow your adrnelas to rest. Work on optimising OTHER hormoens suych as thyroid whichsi vital to healing adrenals. -- http://nthadrenalsweb.org/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/
Guest guest
Interesting thing is that when I wasn't taking Cortisol last year I had more excercise tolerance. I wonder if there is something else I am missing? Thought about weaning off of cortisol and do any and every test necessary to check my adrenals again. They were low normal last time I did saliva with evening cortisol slightly elevated. > > I would say you need to stop exercisoing for a while and allow your > adrnelas to rest.
