Guest guest
My last results on 2.5 grains Erfa (no hormone taken 24 hours b/f test) TSH 0.013 (primary doctor said too low, lol) T4: 1.04 (0.82-1.77) T3: 4.6 (2.0-4.4) flagged high sodium 139 (135-145) potassium 4.0 (3.5-5.2) My sodium/potassium a few months ago were much higher and I haven't changedanything either. Why would it be lower now? Iron serum 117 (35-155) She didn't test ferritin. I don't feel hyper, in fact, I feel somewhat hypo still, muscle/joint pain being number one pain that never seems to go away, and low energy at times too. Some days I feel okay though. Is it possible the high level of T3 and somewhat low T4 means I'm still pooling? Or is RT3 still an issue? I have to get that tested again soon. Temps are normal and stable. Guest guest
When on T3 onyl oyu need over range T3 to get enough thyroid. There is less and less T4 for back up conversion so over range T3 is what oyu need. I feel best with my T3 at 6.2 with top of my ranges 4.2 -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/

Guest guest
Thank you, . I won't worry too much then. But I'm on the T4 too. I'm wondering if I was pooling or if the dose of NT was high enough. I don't feel great, about status quo, not terrible, but still suffering all over body stiffness in the morning and aching during the day. I'm going to have to retest RT3 in a few weeks at this new dose and see. At the last RT3 test a few months ago it was going back up, but my doctor didn't do anything about it as far as going back to T3 only. > > When on T3 onyl oyu need over range T3 to get enough thyroid. Guest guest
Just the 2.5 grains Erfa now. I was on T3 only back in the fall, but only 37.5mcg for 5 weeks, and my RT3 ratio went to normal, so my doctor started me on Erfa then at 1 grain and raising slowly all over again. I'm now at 2.5 grains with those labs. > > > Subject: T3 flagged high, but feel fine, pooling or RT3? > To: RT3_T3 > Date: Saturday, April 10, 2010, 8:03 AM > > > > > > > > Â > > > > > > > > > > My last results on 2.5 grains Erfa (no hormone taken 24 hours b/f test) > > > > TSH 0.013 (primary doctor said too low, lol) > > T4: 1.04 (0.82-1.77) > > T3: 4.6 (2.0-4.4) flagged high > > > > sodium 139 (135-145) > > potassium 4.0 (3.5-5.2) > > > > My sodium/potassium a few months ago were much higher and I haven't changedanything either.
