step by step

could someone lead me through the procedures step by step?? i am in the

process of getting health insurance now,,,,,should i fill out all paper work

now, or wait for insurance to go through?? do i have to have a referral to

see Dr. Rutledge before i start anything ?? where do i start ??? i am

concerned about writing the letters, i am not good at writing things,,,do i

need to write how the procedure goes??? or what do i need to write , and is

that 5 pages long ??? what about talking to 10 patients,,what do i ask them?

and do i have to document what we talk about and send that in also ?? does

Dr. rutledge quiz us about anything?? i get really forgetful when i am

nervous,,i do not want to mess up....i am looking for a pcp now,,,,i hope i

can find one who is understanding,,,,i am also scared that the surgery will

not work for me,,that i will over eat, and screw up the surgery,, it just

seems to good to be true..i am a compulsive eater, i love my meat and

potatoes,,,,i would be grateful for all feedback,,,,michelle b.
