Ideal B-12 level? White blood cells low?

I know that ferritin should be at a minimum in the 70 - 90 range. Mine was 84,

so I'm in good shape there. My adrenals are also ok.

Here was my range for B-12:

Result: 238 Reference range: 211 - 911

Also, my white blood cell results, from my blood count:

Result: 3.2 Reference range: 3.5 - 11.0

Thoughts on what the scoop could be - Val/Nick?
