I have infection; how should I adjust meds?

After a week and a half of pain I finally got diagnosed today: parotitis.

I understand I'm supposed to double my hc, but I'm not sure how to double it: My

usual dose is 32.5. Should I double each dose or just make sure I get 65 mg per

day?

Usually it's 10, 10, 7.5, 5

Should I now do 20, 20, 15, 10?

or 10, 10, 10, 10, 7.5, 7.5, 5, 5 ?
