Just my thoughts...on those who are

gaining and have forgotten what to eat or

how to get it back off...

Well for me... I did gain about 10 to 15 pounds.

And YES I was worried and ashamed... thought I

threw all my hard work and wls away...

I heard so many tell me how and I ignored it...

then I tried it...

I went back to Protein, Protein and Water and

lots of water AND back to walking and lifting

weights. Listen to me!! FOR ME... IT WORKED

RIGHT AWAY! ...and now it's off and staying off.

That's It!

What did it for you when you first started?

That's whay you need to do again. Only add a " little "

more to your workout maybe than when you were

doing.

Remember how we had to get walking and moving.

And as we did it started making us feeling stronger?

We felt proud and alive for the first time. I

didn't want anyone slowing me down. It frustrated

me to hear someone say... " now go slow " . I am

almost 50. I had enough years of SLOW!!!!

Lean cuts of meats. NO Hamburger,NO sausage, NO

bacon. Forget the breading and sauces on the

meats and veggies. Get back to basics...

Veggies NOT smothered in butter and yuck.

I eat only a grilled piece of meat and veggies

(NO extra flavoring goop), and water!

Water bottles everywhere. Drink,Drink,Drink the

H²O.

I'm not trying to be a know it all... because I

don't know all that much. I do know it's

back to plain foods..that I can spice up and

not junk up my meals. Lots of water and I have

to keep my body moving.

I know your frustrated if you have gained.

BUT YOU CAN GET IT BACK OFF NOW!!! :)

Hope maybe those thoughts helped maybe one

person give it a thought to

1.WHAT it is you are eating...

2.ARE YOU moving as you were?

You have to do both, not one, or

it won't work.

I care and know ... even after wls...

we have to keep working on it... just

lots easier now :) You do have to tool.

Just put it to work now.

Hugz,

Tink :)
