Guest guest
It depends on the type of exercise you are contemplating and how bad your adrenals are. Exercise is stress to the adrenals. If you push them, you won't fully recover or ever recover. Can you take another temp position like a desk job or inhouse or something that doesn't require you to be in excellent condition? My adrenals were in bad shape, my saliva tests showed a burden of 11, almost a flat line for me. I was in excellent shape, not anymore. I didn't want to lose it. I played volleyball, I ran, I did weights, and I even bought an expensive Lemond racing bike and matching outfit. Well the bike has been collecting dust for two years and haven't ran in about the same time. I am not in shape at all. I have a fat gut, cellulite and weak muscles. I will do a little stretching and some walking, but I won't pour myself into having that great body if I know I will NEVER fully recover. Once I recover I know I will be back to doing what I love doing, but I baby those glands. I know what it feels to burn and crash those glands, it is NOT a nice feeling and then the thyroid burns out too, then you really feel like crap. Been almost 3 years now and I am slowly getting better. I have to be patient and not push myself and harm and undo what I have been working on. It all depends on what shape your gland is in. If you push them, you will pay the price and the recovery will be so much longer. - > > I am on 20mg of HC spread through out the day.... but my question is that I am in law enforcement and need to remain in excellent shape/fitness (I know its hard to do feeling like crap all the time).... > > **my question is should I take an extra 5mg dose of HC prior to exercise.... > > **Also I am not a coffee drinker and I have cut out all caffeine in my diet but I do have a small cup of black coffee prior to weight training due to the fact that it gives a little kick/motivation during my workout... is this ok? or is there any kind of non central nervous system stimulant other than coffee that I can take that will give me a legitimate kick in the pants for working out? > > thank you for all the help..... >

Guest guest
Thank you so much for your response... it is very disheartening to be in the position I am in. I was never a sedentary person and I always enjoyed my job, my sporting activities and most of all prided myself in being in great shape and having a great body... My job unfortunately is what I believe to be the major culprit in putting me in the state that I am currently in which is adrenally fatigued and rt3 dominant... I work as a federal air marshal(since 9/11) and all I constantly do is fly 5 days week all over the country and world, not ever really getting any substantial quality sleep. As far as getting a desk job or something else not strenuous is not really a possibility for me at the moment.. So I guess I must suffer my private hell and just hope for the best.... but would it be of any help to dose HC prior to working out ? > > > > I am on 20mg of HC spread through out the day.... but my question is that I am in law enforcement and need to remain in excellent shape/fitness (I know its hard to do feeling like crap all the time).... > > >
