HELP red rash on face-allergic reaction to iron?

Hi Everyone,

Im so sorry to send another message asking for help but I'm sitting in tears feeling incredibly helpless.

I have very low ferritin levels and my GP has refused to give me Iron IV's

So I bought bluebonnet iron and began taking it and got SEVERE stomach cramps and constipation. I have now come out in a huge red blotchy rash all over my face.

I'm guessing this is an allergic reaction to the iron.

I am COMPLETELY gutted as I know I cannot even think about taking T3 without correcting my iron levels.

I'm terrified that I won't be able to take iron, so my ferritin levels will remain low and I won't be able to ever take T3 and will be stuck on synthroid. I cannot live like this with this fatigue.

Desperately need some advice
