How to bump

I asked a question two days ago and it has never been addressed. I am wondering

if someone could tell me how we find the question we asked and then " bump " it? I

asked a question regarding which I should treat first my adrenals or my RT3

problem. My adrenals are marginally low especially around noon when they take a

nose dive (1.2 with a range of 1.2-3.0)and my RT3 ratio is 12.5, so I don't know

if my adrenals are actually an issue or not but it would appear I do have a RT3

problem. Anyway if I can find out how to " bump " things successfully it might

help me and keep me from inconveniencing anyone in the future.

Adrenals MUST be treated before you can take T3 your body will not

tolerate it nor be able to use it correctly if cortisol is too low;
