getting worse not better

I'm totally at a loss as what to do anymore. I have tried everything and

nothing helps. Since being on T3 only for over a year I'm still having high

heart rate plus a bunch of other issues I didn't have before. I can't take T4

only, or Armour so what's left to take besides T3? I thought I was doing

everything right. Today my heart rate is at 116 sitting and I can't bring it

down for the life of me. Salt has not helped, HC has not helped, it fact I

think it made it worse, I've tried taking magnesium. So what do I do? I'm

getting very depressed and on top of this I keep gaining weight. 14 pounds in

three months. This has been going on for the entire year. When I cut back on

T3 from 75 to 70 mcg I become totally unable to function like I can't get out of

bed. Right now I have foggy thinking and no strength in any of my arms or legs.

I'm so sick people asking if I had labs done. I know they mean well but I take

them every so many months and they are always the same. I have taken ferritin

but I'll take it once again to show how it's not low.

I've taken that panel to show sodium ( can't think of it now ) it was a tab low

and so I do add salt to my diet and in water ( celtic salt ).

Ft3

Ft4

I've take Cortisol saliva five times and each time it shows not low but low on

the normal side durning the day and morning is very high. So, I started taking

Melatonin at night and got a great sleep but woke up like I had a hang over so

stopped taking it and felt 100 % better when I don't take it.

I watch what I eat. little sugar, low carbs lots of good fats and proteins.

I think I'm doing everything right but yet I can't take T3. What's left for me

to do? More tests to show what? What am I missing. I can't keep feeling this

bad all the time.

I hope someone can help because I'm getting tired of writing these messages and

tried of not being able to figure this out. All I hear is low ferritin and salt

all the time. What am I missing here? What is I don't have low ferritin? What

about other things that I need to be looking for?
