Guest guest
Hi Everyone! Hope this finds everyone doing well. Not sure if I posted this problem to the list or directly to Dr R...but I have had a very hard time over the last week getting in my food for the day. In the first 3 weeks I was STARVING! And I was able to eat every few hrs...at least a tiny bit anyway. Well, here this last week, I have only been eating like ONCE a day. I just am NOT hungry. I can tell the difference too. I am tired and weak all the time now. I have started on my childrens chewable vitamins (3 a day) and that has helped a little. But, after using dietwatch I figured out I was not even getting 200 calories in a day. NOT GOOD! So...I figured I would use Dietwatch to PLAN my meals. Not to record them as I go. I have made out one for today and printed it out. I am checking the items off as i go. I can tell already this is not going to be easy. I am not hungry and it is time for a snack! UGH! LOL Here is what I planned for today, and what dietwatch figured for its nutritional value... (please keep in mind that I am not drinking 1/2 hr b-4 and after eating) Breakfast 1/2 Ham, egg, & cheese Croissant (w/o bread) 1/2 cup OJ Snack other 1/2 of ham, egg, and cheese 1 cup of water lunch 1/2 cup of chili with beans 1 cup of water snack other 1/2 of chili with beans 1 cup of water supper 1/2 piece of baked chicken breast 1 cup of water Nutrition Facts Total Amounts for 12/29/99 Calories 947 Calories from fat 441 % Daily Value Total Fat 49g Saturated Fat 24g Cholesterol 325mg Sodium 2518 mg Total Carb 68g Dietary Fiber 12g Protein 62g Vitamin A 31% Calcium 30% Vitamin C 131% Iron 120 % So...what do you all think??? Is 947 calories too much or too little??? Too much Fat?? UGH... I don't know! LOL I am going to TRY to get the snacks in ....not sure if I will be able to though. Please tell me what you all think!
