Could this be the beggining of a breackthrough?

So, this is exciting. I don't want to get my hopes too high, but my pulse and

temperatures are getting higher and I am at the end of the 11th week with T3

only.

I have been moaning and complaining for the last weeks in this forum because I

felt my adrenals where crashing... In any case today my basal temperature was

36.9 (98.4) and my average daily was 37.16 (98.88), with 99.1 as the highest

temp today. I occassionaly get this high temperatures, for example I sometimes

get high basal temps if I wake up at 12 or so, but today I woke up at 8.30. My

usual basal temps are 36.6/36.7 (97.8/98.0). Also my pulse has been running

between 100 and 120 at laest since yesterday.

I feel my cheeks hot and a little sore and my nostrils feel funny also, like

congested, but I don't feel ill really.

I hesitate to start lowering the T3 dose because I am not sure this is what I

hope it is. Would it be wise to wait till tomorrow and see how it goes? I do not

feel too bad today, just a little agitated.
