suppressed TSH and low temps

What with my TSH being suppressed I am surprised my temps are low, throughout

the day it ranges from 96.9-97.4, it does not go higher than this.

My temps used to be higher.

I am having hypo symptoms such as itchy skin, awfully poor memory, awfully poor

concentration,

and I have hyper symptoms as well, such as anxiety, loss of appetite, weight

loss.

I am on 80 cytomel and afraid if I raise it I will suppress my tsh even more,

and now it is .02

I feel exhausted yet hyper-like.

what to do?
